About the role

Responsibilities:
- Build fast, conversion-focused consumer web experiences that load instantly across devices and in-app browsers.
- Implement and own deep linking flows (Universal Links, App Links, deferred deep links, attribution) to ensure smooth app entry.
- Generate and optimise sharing previews and OG metadata at scale so shared links convert effectively.
- Design and maintain analytics instrumentation (Amplitude), own event taxonomy, build funnels and run A/B experiments.
- Propose, build and iterate growth experiments end-to-end: hypothesise, ship, measure and scale or drop.
- Own performance, monitoring and reliability for the surfaces you ship; collaborate with product and infra teams.

Requirements:
- 5+ years building consumer-facing web products with deep expertise in React, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Strong Node.js skills and experience across frontend and backend stacks.
- Deep understanding of web performance (SSR/edge/static, caching, CDNs, Core Web Vitals) and mobile/in-app browser constraints.
- Experience implementing deep links, deferred deep linking and attribution flows.
- Practical experience with analytics, event taxonomies and running rigorous A/B tests.
- Growth-oriented mindset: data-driven, experimental and comfortable owning outcomes.
