Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain software security solutions across device software layers (user and kernel space).
- Develop secure, production-quality C code and apply secure coding best practices throughout feature development.
- Debug and root-cause issues across software environments and on hardware using JTAG and low-level debuggers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to internal teams and external customers as required.
- Participate in design reviews, threat modelling and vulnerability remediation activities.
- Document findings, produce security reports and contribute to continuous improvement of secure development practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 0–7 years of relevant experience (level varies by role).
- Strong C programming skills with emphasis on secure programming techniques.
- Solid understanding of embedded hardware, device drivers, computer architecture and OS concepts (tasks, memory, priorities, deadlocks).
- Experience with JTAG-enabled devices and low-level debugging tools.
- Desirable: knowledge of cryptography/secure protocols, Qualcomm MSM/AMSS, ARM or RISC-V architectures, on-chip simulators and ARM TrustZone.
- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in teams with minimal supervision.
