Responsibilities:
- Define and drive long-term technical vision and architecture for embedded systems and firmware.
- Design, implement and review complex software/firmware features for microcontroller and processor-based products.
- Lead architectural decisions, participate in executive technical discussions and influence product roadmaps.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers; promote best practices in code quality, testing and delivery.
- Troubleshoot deep technical issues using JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes and protocol analysers; support validation and field investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, QA, manufacturing) to ensure successful product releases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years’ professional software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and embedded software architecture; experience with RTOS and ARM Cortex-M platforms.
- Hands-on experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, BLE) and embedded debugging tools (JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes).
- Proven track record owning full software delivery lifecycle, including deployment, testing and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills; experience with scalability, embedded security and CI/CD for firmware is a plus.
