Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and ship core product features across backend (Python), frontend (TypeScript), cloud infra, and event-driven systems.
- Own customer problems end-to-end: discovery, scoping, implementation, and measuring outcomes.
- Build and improve AI voice-agent workflows to reliably operate in real-world service scenarios.
- Balance fast MVP delivery with building scalable, reliable foundations when needed.
- Raise engineering standards for testing, documentation, reliability, security, and operations.
- Mentor engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and continue writing production code.

Requirements:
- 5–10 years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong backend emphasis.
- Production experience building and shipping AI products, preferably agentic systems.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills; deep experience with asynchronous Python (coroutines, async HTTP, error handling).
- Experience with Kubernetes, serverless or distributed/event-driven architectures and cloud infrastructure.
- Early-stage startup experience and ability to engage directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Formal technical foundation (CS degree or equivalent) and strong operational quality mindset.
- Nice to have: voice AI, speech-to-text/ TTS, telephony integrations, CRM integrations, prior founder or customer-facing engineering experience.
