Responsibilities:
- Design and build full-stack product features from concept to production using Next.js/React and TypeScript.
- Develop and enhance AI features: data pipelines, model integrations and prompt engineering for support agents.
- Integrate AI tooling into internal workflows to make processes AI-native.
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to plan, design and launch new capabilities.
- Deploy and operate services using Docker and Kubernetes; support production incidents and monitoring.

Requirements:
- 1–4 years of backend or AI engineering experience; strong new-grad candidates welcome.
- Proven track record shipping backend systems or AI features to production.
- Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI models and doing prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with Next.js, React and TypeScript; familiarity with PostgreSQL and/or Firestore.
- Experience deploying with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Active use of AI coding agents (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor) and hobby projects with LLMs preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work on-site in Munich.
