Responsibilities:
- Research, prototype and evaluate LLMs, agents and AI frameworks to inform client solutions
- Develop, test and maintain Python-based AI applications and production-like components
- Design, craft and iterate prompts, chains and workflows to improve LLM performance and UX
- Build and integrate REST APIs that expose AI capabilities; ensure reliable deployment and observability
- Debug, profile and optimise AI components for performance, robustness and maintainability
- Collaborate in agile, client-facing teams; document technical decisions and escalate risks when needed

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in ML, data engineering or software engineering with hands-on Python development
- At least 1 year of practical experience building, deploying or maintaining LLM-based systems or AI-enabled applications
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Anthropic SDK or similar toolkits
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), REST APIs and production engineering practices
- Proficient English and ability to work with multidisciplinary client teams
