Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agentic AI systems to autonomously triage, remediate and escalate security findings
- Build and enforce endpoint security baselines across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android using MDM and EDR tools
- Own the intelligence layer: triage logic, feedback loops and continuous learning from telemetry
- Automate admin-heavy workflows (policy updates, patching, compliance checks, device offboarding)
- Coordinate agent-driven automations with HR, Finance, Legal and People Ops for access and vendor workflows
- Monitor endpoint metrics, reduce time-to-remediation and iterate on baselines to improve compliance
- Take ownership of one internal tool or small platform project and participate in sprint planning

Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of endpoint security across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms
- Hands-on experience with MDM (Intune, Jamf) and endpoint protection (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike or similar)
- Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for large-scale deployments
- Familiarity with security baselines and hardening frameworks (CIS, NIST, Apple security guides)
- Understanding of human risk: phishing, social engineering and user behaviour analysis
- Experience with incident response principles and creating sustainable remediation workflows
- Curious about agentic AI and automation, and able to communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders
