Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver measurable user and business impact.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to scope, build, and launch AI-driven capabilities.
- Translate user research and market analysis into clear product requirements and success metrics.
- Work with ML engineers and data scientists to validate model performance, bias considerations, and production readiness.
- Define KPIs, run experiments, and iterate using data-driven insights.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory constraints.
- Monitor AI trends and recommend new opportunities or technical approaches to improve product value.

Requirements:
- ~4+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI/ML or data-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems) and their product implications.
- Experience collaborating closely with data science and engineering teams to ship ML features.
- Proven ability to define metrics, run experiments, and make prioritization decisions based on data.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical trade-offs into product strategy.
- Familiarity with ethical AI considerations and data privacy best practices.
