Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines using SQL, Python, dbt, Git, and AWS services.
- Create and evolve data models and architectures for product, marketing, and analytics use cases.
- Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring to ensure accurate reporting.
- Define KPIs, run experiments with product/marketing teams, and build dashboards and visualizations (Tableau) to communicate insights.
- Automate ETL/ELT processes and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience and 3+ years in data engineering/analytics or related roles.
- Strong SQL and Python skills; hands-on experience with dbt and git-based version control (GitLab or similar).
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and cloud services (AWS preferred).
- Ability to validate hypotheses through visualization, set KPIs, and work autonomously with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
