Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines using SQL, Python, dbt, git, and AWS services.
- Develop and maintain data models and architecture across business domains.
- Implement data quality checks, validation, and monitoring to ensure accurate and consistent data.
- Automate ETL/ELT processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Define KPIs, design experiments with product and marketing teams, and produce dashboards (Tableau) to communicate insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to surface opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years in data engineering, analytics, or related roles.
- Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with dbt and git-based workflows (e.g., GitLab).
- Experience in data modeling, architecture, ETL/ELT design, and data validation.
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar visualization tools and the ability to convey findings clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, autonomy, and clear communication.
