About the role

Responsibilities:
- Expand and operate e-commerce/web tracking on a multi-tenant SaaS storefront.
- Build core measurement infrastructure and an analytics function to support platform features.
- Define reliable KPIs and performance metrics to guide product and tenant-level decisions.
- Translate analytics into clear product requirements and prioritized improvements.
- Benchmark platform metrics against industry standards and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design to implement measurement-driven features.
- Bridge technical teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of metrics.

Requirements:
- 6+ years professional experience in e-commerce analytics or similar environments.
- Experience with MVP-driven analytics and measuring complex KPIs.
- Practical knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami) and spreadsheets/BI tools (Sheets, Excel; PowerBI a plus).
- Willingness to use and integrate AI tools into development and analytics workflows.
- Clear communicator in English with experience translating between technical and commercial teams.
- Strong focus on data precision and maintaining measurement integrity.

Lead the strategic expansion of e-commerce tracking and build a new analytical function from scratch for a multi-tenant SaaS storefront platform. Act as a strategic translator between technical engineering teams and commercial stakeholders to drive product growth through data-oriented features.

Requirements

Requires over 6 years of professional e-commerce experience with a strong focus on MVP-driven analytics and complex KPI measurement. Proficiency in web analytics platforms, BI tools, and a passion for integrating AI tools into development workflows is essential.
