Applied AI, Use-case, Software Engineer (Harness) at Mistral AI

Responsibilities:
- Build and productionize the cyber harness and service prototype, turning research prototypes into scalable, maintainable client-facing services.
- Orchestrate red-team / blue-team agent loops (discover → patch → redeploy → retest) and implement context engineering for autonomous workflows.
- Create connectors, worker-scaling systems, SDKs and packaging to convert demos into deployable services on container platforms.
- Integrate with Mistral's stack (workflow/temporal-style orchestrator, Vibe) and enable Science to train and evaluate against the infrastructure.
- Ensure robustness, observability, operational readiness and collaborate with security, applied and platform teams during deployments.

Requirements:
- Strong software engineering background with experience shipping production-grade, distributed services and scalable architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/containers, orchestration frameworks, SDK development, and operational tooling (Python or similar).
- Familiarity with agentic/LLM orchestration, context engineering and offensive/defensive security tooling and workflows.
- Track record of delivering testable, maintainable code, and ability to collaborate closely with research and security teams to productionize prototypes.
