Responsibilities:
- Build production AI agents that automate brokers' daily tasks: read policies, handle claims, and manage insurer correspondence.
- Implement platform primitives to make new agents faster to create and more reliable.
- Own features end-to-end: from discovery with product to live deployment and iteration.
- Work with coding agents as tooling—delegate repetitive tasks while retaining judgment and ownership.
- Create and iterate internal tooling, skills, and automations to reduce manual work.
- Ship pragmatic, incremental solutions: prioritise what must be correct and move fast on the rest.
Requirements:
- Practical production experience shipping Node.js and TypeScript services used by real users.
- Experience building projects from zero (startups, early roles, or published products) is highly valued.
- Strong product orientation, ownership mindset, and desire to grow quickly in a small team.
- Comfortable working with and orchestrating AI-assisted coding tools and agents.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with product and business stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and iterate quickly.
