Responsibilities:
- Operate and evolve Kubernetes platforms for production: cluster lifecycle, ingress controllers, service mesh and cert-manager.
- Design and maintain Helm charts and Kustomize for reproducible deployments; support OKD/OpenShift environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Helm.
- Build and operate CI/CD and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD) to enable safe deployments.
- Create platform tooling and automation using Go, Python or Bash.
- Lead observability efforts with Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry and set SLI/SLOs.
- Integrate security and compliance requirements; produce documentation, runbooks and ADRs.
- Collaborate with international teams and mentor engineers to raise platform maturity.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering or similar roles.
- At least 1 year of day-to-day production Kubernetes experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Helm.
- Practical experience with OKD/OpenShift.
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD, GitOps and ArgoCD workflows.
- Familiarity with observability stacks and SLI/SLO practices.
- Programming/scripting experience in Go or Python (Bash acceptable) and strong teamwork skills.
