Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user-facing features using React and TypeScript; own the full lifecycle from UX to launch and validation.
- Build and maintain backend features using Python/Django where needed to support frontend functionality.
- Run A/B tests and iterate based on experiment results and product metrics.
- Improve developer workflows: CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and coding standards to enable frequent safe releases.
- Balance rapid delivery with long-term maintainability; reduce technical debt and set quality expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data to shape product decisions and measure impact.
- Experiment with AI-augmented tooling and incorporate agentic patterns safely into the development process.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript and building production frontend applications.
- Familiarity with backend development concepts; experience with Python/Django is a plus.
- Practical experience running A/B tests and using metrics to guide product decisions.
- Comfortable with CI/CD, observability, and shipping frequently in a production environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Pragmatic approach to code quality, testing, and delivery trade-offs.
