Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain stable, testable, and efficient microservices in Go for the Risk Management Platform.
- Develop and tune algorithms and integration points that detect anomalies in payment transactions.
- Lead full application lifecycle: concept, development, testing, delivery, and post-launch support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and architectural issues; refactor and optimize existing systems.
- Produce clear technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 5+ years software development experience with at least 3 years using Go in production.
- Strong skills in unit and integration testing, concurrency/async development, and performance tuning.
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, Linux containers, and REST-based services.
- Solid grasp of operating systems, networking, virtualization, and containerization concepts.
- Experience designing microservice boundaries and applying SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, and Clean Architecture principles.
- Proficiency with Git and DevOps practices; ability to document architecture and contribute to platform reliability.
- Good English communication skills for technical and cross-team collaboration.
