Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and deliver backend features for internal products (messenger, corporate portal) with strong security and encryption practices.
- Write clean, secure, efficient Go code with automated tests and high coverage; maintain clear documentation.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback and drive improvements in code quality and team practices.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, latency and scalability issues; optimise for high-load, concurrency and fault tolerance.
- Participate in architecture discussions, influence technical direction and drive platform-level improvements.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve CI/CD, deployment and observability workflows.
- Mentor teammates, support onboarding and participate in technical interviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
- 5+ years backend development experience, including 3+ years with Go.
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS) and PostgreSQL; familiarity with Cassandra is a plus.
- Strong ORM/DBMS skills and understanding of database architecture and performance tuning.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes and general DevOps practices (monitoring, networking, virtualization).
- Knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, profiling and writing robust, testable services.
- Experience as a code reviewer and working in high-load production environments.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
