Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain high-load, low-latency web services and trading interfaces used in financial markets.
- Implement complex business logic across customer journeys (identity, billing, trading, core banking, payments).
- Build and evolve APIs, back-office interfaces, and supporting libraries, tools, and integrations.
- Ensure services are highly available and scalable; drive performance optimization and reliability engineering.
- Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, load) and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams; contribute to technical design and system architecture.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of commercial Python development with deep knowledge of Python ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with async frameworks (asyncio, aiohttp, FastAPI, Sanic, Tornado) and building async services.
- Strong PostgreSQL skills, ORM experience, and database architecting knowledge.
- Solid understanding of system design, integration patterns, concurrency, and high-load architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization, virtualization, networking, and CI/CD workflows.
- Proven experience with automated testing (unit, integration, load) and production debugging/profiling.
- STEM degree preferred and strong English communication for business and technical contexts.
- Nice to have: commercial Go/Java/JavaScript experience, prior code review ownership, microservices experience.
