Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy and operate AWS infrastructure end-to-end (network edge, multi-account cell architecture, EKS clusters).
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and GitOps pipelines to provision, upgrade and prevent configuration drift.
- Automate platform tasks, implement upgrades, autoscaling, observability and security hardening.
- Provide self-service capabilities for product teams and collaborate to translate needs into platform features.
- Maintain platform reliability, cost-efficiency and compliance (including FedRAMP/FIPS where required); share on-call duties.
- Design new capabilities to support AI and agent workloads and improve platform scale and resilience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Platform, DevOps or SRE with strong hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform/OpenTofu), GitOps practices, networking and cloud architecture.
- Strong automation, observability and security mindset; experience with compliance requirements is a plus.
- Solid software engineering skills, production operational experience and willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; degree in CS or equivalent relevant experience.
