About the role

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Translate business objectives into clear KPIs, data models and visualisations using DAX and Power Query.
- Extract, transform and validate data from multiple sources; optimise data models and report performance.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and present concise recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support data governance and consistency standards; promote best practices and self-serve reporting across teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise work and deliver timely insights.

Requirements:
- Minimum ~2 years’ experience in a Data/BI analyst or reporting role with demonstrable Power BI development skills.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and ETL/data transformation processes.
- Proficiency in Power BI data modelling, DAX and Power Query; experience optimising performance and large datasets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, data warehousing concepts and integrating multiple data sources (e.g., Salesforce).
- Good stakeholder management, communication and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy and a collaborative mindset.
