About the role

Responsibilities:
- Enable data-driven decisions for the Investments product by defining success metrics and building tracking frameworks.
- Design and analyze experiments and causal-inference studies to measure product impact on customer and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools to track performance against OKRs and roadmap targets.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, UX and research to ensure required data is captured and to combine qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Contribute to self-serve analytics capabilities and educate teams through documentation, trainings and workshops.
- Translate stakeholder requests into clear problems, prioritize initiatives, and deliver concise, actionable insights.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of product or analytics experience, with at least 1 year in investments/wealth or related financial domain preferred.
- Strong SQL and experience in Python or R for analysis and modeling.
- Practical knowledge of experimentation, causal inference methods and statistical testing.
- Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Superset) and dashboard best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
