About the role

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, success metrics and hypotheses across the product lifecycle.
- Perform rigorous analyses (root-cause, funnel, opportunity sizing) and present prioritised, data-driven recommendations.
- Design, launch and analyse experiments (A/B and quasi-experimental) to validate product changes and measure impact.
- Build and maintain reusable analytics assets (dashboards, metrics, dbt models) and scale AI-assisted analytics for self-serve.
- Own tracking, instrumentation and metric definitions; ensure data quality and reliable measurement across platforms.
- Communicate complex analysis clearly to stakeholders and influence product strategy and business decisions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in product-focused analytics, data analysis or similar role with strong stakeholder partnership experience.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with dbt and cloud warehouses (BigQuery or Snowflake).
- Solid understanding of statistics, experiment design, and causal inference techniques for valid measurement.
- Experience with analytics tooling, data modelling, and building scalable reporting for product teams.
- Domain knowledge in payments/fintech (fraud, KYC/AML, payment metrics) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort using AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and scale impact.
