Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS to feed data warehouses and marts.
- Design analytical data models and implement dimensional models following Kimball practices.
- Develop and maintain SSAS cubes (multidimensional or tabular) for analytics use cases.
- Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS; implement DAX measures and visual best practices.
- Optimize T-SQL queries and tune SQL Server for performance and concurrency.
- Enforce data quality, consistency, and governance practices; collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and support operational tasks.

Requirements:
- 4+ years hands-on experience with SQL Server, advanced T-SQL, and performance tuning.
- Strong SSIS ETL development experience and solid SSAS knowledge (tabular or multidimensional).
- Proficient in Power BI development, data modeling, and DAX.
- Experience with dimensional modeling and data warehouse best practices (Kimball).
- Good communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders and mentor juniors.

Nice-to-have:
- Experience with hybrid on-prem/cloud environments, Azure Data Factory or Synapse, CI/CD for data projects, and data governance tools.
