Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain storage drivers, filesystem modules and related software across the storage stack (bootloaders, UEFI, Linux user space).
- Build and improve tools for image creation, flash provisioning and storage testing/validation.
- Optimize storage and memory performance for runtime efficiency and power consumption.
- Debug and resolve kernel- and hardware-level issues reported by customers and flash vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to upstream Linux kernel efforts for new storage features.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of embedded software experience with expert-level C programming skills.
- Strong Linux kernel knowledge: device drivers, memory subsystems, scheduling and filesystem internals.
- Experience with storage technologies (UFS, NVMe, eMMC, NAND/NOR) and filesystems (FAT, LittleFS, F2FS/EXT4/EROFS preferred).
- Kernel/user-space debugging experience, familiarity with JTAG/ICE debuggers and ARM architecture.
- Good analytical, communication and collaboration skills; Python knowledge is a plus.
