Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, debug and commercialize embedded firmware and drivers for PCIe and CXL subsystems.
- Integrate firmware with hardware and architecture teams to ensure correct operation and timing.
- Optimize low-level software for performance, power efficiency and reliability on embedded platforms.
- Implement standards-compliant solutions (PCIe/CXL) and contribute to chipset architecture decisions.
- Work across RTOS and Linux environments; develop device drivers and board-level software.
- Participate in reviews, validation, and cross-team collaboration from prototyping to product release.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
- ~7+ years of embedded software experience (or fewer years with advanced degree) with strong C proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with PCIe and CXL technologies, driver/firmware development and RTOS/Linux platforms.
- Familiarity with ACPI, UEFI, Zephyr, hardware-software integration and standards compliance.
- Demonstrated skill in performance and power optimization, debugging at low levels and cross-functional communication.
