Frontend Engineer at Catawiki

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain responsive web frontends (desktop/tablet/mobile) for Catawiki’s Logistics products using TypeScript, React/Next.js and component-driven design.
- Collaborate with backend, iOS, Android, QA, UX and Product to deliver shipping workflows that help buyers and sellers.
- Implement performant, accessible and SEO-friendly UI components; measure and improve web performance (critical render path, caching, CDNs).
- Run A/B experiments and use analytics to validate features and iterate on UX.
- Mentor teammates, review code, and help lift frontend engineering standards across teams.

Requirements:
- Proven track record building production frontends with TypeScript and React (Next.js preferred).
- Strong knowledge of modern CSS approaches (Tailwind, CSS Modules), state management (Redux) and frontend architecture patterns.
- Experience with web performance optimization, accessibility (A11y), SEO and cross-device responsiveness.
- Familiarity with backend integrations, microservices, and observability tools; pragmatic, data-driven approach to experiments.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, product-driven teams.
