Responsibilities:
- Own and execute engineering projects from concept through delivery, taking end-to-end responsibility for features.
- Deliver new product features and platform improvements with attention to scalability, reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and operations stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices across the team.
- Mentor and support other engineers, raising overall team capability and execution quality.
- Drive improvements in development processes, testing, and engineering standards.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack foundations.
- Proven ability to independently own projects, deliver results and communicate clearly in English.
- Experience in fast-paced environments and comfortable balancing hands-on development with technical leadership.
- TypeScript experience and familiarity with modern web stacks is a plus.
- Experience scaling systems or working at larger technology companies is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to work hybrid in Paris; relocation and visa support available.
