Responsibilities:
- Own internal IT operations: device provisioning and lifecycle for a Mac fleet (Jamf), Google Workspace administration, and SaaS license/access management.
- Lead end-to-end user onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT asset inventory and manage software provisioning.
- Develop and maintain security and compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2), policies, audits and awareness training.
- Configure and support enterprise customer SSO (SAML/OIDC) and coordinate with customer IT/security teams.
- Automate manual processes and partner with engineering to build scalable tooling, documentation and workflows.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of practical IT/security experience, ideally in high-growth startups.
- Experience managing Mac fleets with Jamf and administering Google Workspace.
- Hands-on knowledge of SSO standards (SAML/OIDC) and enterprise SSO deployments.
- Experience with security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and audit-readiness.
- Strong communicator, proactive, hands-on and able to work closely with the CTO and engineering teams.
- Ability to build repeatable, auditable systems and follow compliance processes consistently.
