Responsibilities:
- Operate core IT functions: Mac fleet management (Jamf), Google Workspace administration, SaaS access control, license management and asset tracking.
- Manage user lifecycle end-to-end: secure onboarding, access provisioning, day-to-day support and secure offboarding.
- Drive security & compliance: implement ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 initiatives, maintain policies, run awareness and prepare for audits and questionnaires.
- Implement and support enterprise SSO: configure SAML/OIDC integrations, liaise with customers' IT/security teams and work with engineers to automate manual integration steps.
- Create scalable processes: build tooling, documentation and workflows to make IT and security repeatable, auditable and fast as the company grows.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on IT/security experience with proven Mac fleet and Google Workspace skills.
- Practical experience configuring enterprise SSO (SAML/OIDC) and managing customer integrations.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance requirements and experience supporting audits and security questionnaires.
- Strong troubleshooting, scripting/automation capability and ability to partner with engineering and leadership to build production-ready solutions.
