Responsibilities:
- Own internal IT operations: provision and manage Mac fleet (Jamf), administer Google Workspace, manage SaaS access, licensing and IT asset inventory.
- Run full user lifecycle: onboarding, provisioning, offboarding and first-line troubleshooting.
- Lead security & compliance: design and operate ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 programmes, maintain security policies, awareness training and audit-ready processes.
- Manage customer-facing SSO: configure enterprise SAML/OIDC integrations, coordinate with customer IT/security teams and reduce manual effort through automation.
- Build scalable systems: create tooling, documentation, runbooks and workflows that make IT and security repeatable, auditable and efficient; work closely with CTO and engineering.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on IT/security experience, ideally in fast-growing startups.
- Experience managing Mac fleets (Jamf) and administering Google Workspace.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (SAML/OIDC) and enterprise SSO integrations.
- Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and responding to security questionnaires.
- Practical troubleshooting, scripting/automation skills, strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and customers.
