Responsibilities:
- Manage internal IT operations: Mac device provisioning and Jamf administration, Google Workspace management, SaaS access control, software licensing and asset inventory.
- Operate user lifecycle processes: onboarding, access assignment, offboarding and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Develop security and compliance: lead ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 readiness, maintain security policies, run awareness sessions and own audit processes.
- Deliver enterprise SSO support: implement and maintain SAML/OIDC integrations, liaise with customer IT/security teams and partner with engineering to automate workflows.
- Build scalable tooling and documentation: design workflows, runbooks and repeatable processes to support growth from tens to hundreds of employees.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on IT experience with demonstrable Mac fleet and Google Workspace administration skills.
- Practical experience with SSO (SAML/OIDC) and identity/access management for enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of security compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and experience preparing for audits and questionnaires.
- Strong hands-on orientation (device setup, troubleshooting), automation skills and the ability to work closely with CTO and engineers.
