Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day IT: device provisioning and lifecycle management for a Mac fleet (Jamf), Google Workspace admin, SaaS access and software licensing, and maintain IT asset inventory.
- Deliver end-to-end user operations: onboarding, access provisioning, offboarding and operational support.
- Build and maintain compliance: run ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 programmes, write and enforce security policies, deliver awareness training and prepare for audits.
- Configure and support enterprise SSO: implement SAML/OIDC integrations, coordinate technical exchanges with customer IT/security teams and work with engineers to automate manual steps.
- Create repeatable systems: produce tooling, documentation, workflows and runbooks to scale IT/security as the company grows.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of practical IT experience, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience with Mac fleet management (Jamf) and Google Workspace administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAML/OIDC and enterprise SSO configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance requirements and responding to security questionnaires.
- Strong communication, customer-facing skills, automation mindset and ability to partner closely with engineering and leadership.
