Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and operate shared cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP to provide scalable "Golden Paths" for engineering teams.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code workflows (Terraform/OpenTofu, Terragrunt, Puppet) for repeatable deployments.
- Support and run migrations, improve cloud networking (VPC, VPN), and maintain large-scale search and data systems (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Aerospike, CockroachDB).
- Reduce technical debt by standardizing environments, automating processes, and improving developer experience.
- Collaborate with engineers and SREs to troubleshoot incidents, monitor systems, and drive reliability improvements.

Requirements:
- Background as a Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, SRE, or SysAdmin, with demonstrable hands-on experience.
- Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform/OpenTofu, Terragrunt, CloudFormation or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud networking (VPC, VPN) and at least one of: Kubernetes, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, or large-scale distributed datastores.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and taking ownership of reducing tech debt.
- Good problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and willingness to learn cloud-native best practices.
