About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the DevOps modernization strategy: define roadmaps, standards and adoption plans for automation across development, testing and production.
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines and internal tooling to reduce manual release steps and increase deployment frequency.
- Improve production stability and observability: implement monitoring, alerting and incident response best practices.
- Coach and influence global application teams to adopt consistent tools, practices and automated delivery models.
- Work with vendors and service providers to scale tooling and bring industry best practices.
- Measure and report improvements in developer productivity, time-to-market and operational resiliency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (BSc/MSc preferred).
- 5–10 years’ experience leading DevOps/engineering automation initiatives at scale.
- Strong cloud experience (AWS) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven CI/CD tooling knowledge (GitLab, Jenkins or equivalent) and scripting expertise (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch) and production resilience practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to educate and influence distributed teams.

Provide hands-on work and thought leadership to educate global teams, implement pipelines, and improve productivity, reliability, and time-to-market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science; 5-10 years leading DevOps and SDLC automation, strong in AWS and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), experience with CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Jenkins), scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and observability (Grafana/Prometheus/CloudWatch).
