Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product Management discipline for UKRI Funding Platforms, owning and driving the strategic roadmap and prioritisation.
- Oversee a portfolio of digital services, balancing user needs, organisational strategy and technical delivery to create measurable value.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and Design, Funding Platforms teams, policy and business change stakeholders to align strategy and delivery.
- Work with user-centred design teams to research problems, run Design Sprints and workshops to define value, feasibility and shared outcomes.
- Develop and run the UKRI Product Management Community of Practice and promote product best practices across CIO Group and business teams.
- Coach, mentor and line-manage Product Managers, service owners and contractors; support service delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:
- Expert practitioner in Product Management with proven experience delivering digital services to GDS standards.
- Demonstrable experience creating and managing product roadmaps and making trade-offs across user, business and technical constraints.
- Strong facilitation skills (Design Sprints, workshops) and experience working closely with user-centred design teams.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders, coach teams, and build communities of practice.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience translating strategy into delivery plans.
- Comfortable working hybrid from Swindon (approx. 2 days/week) and eligible to work in the UK.
