Localisation QA Engineer with Polish at GlobeTech

Responsibilities:
- Perform localisation testing across software, documentation, help systems and hardware items for the target language.
- Log and track issues using internal tools; provide clear reproduction steps, context and suggested fixes.
- Analyse internationalisation and language-specific functional issues and verify fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA centres, engineering, translators, PMs) to ensure product readiness for international markets.
- Develop and execute manual test plans, checklists and acceptance criteria.
- (Depending on experience) Design, implement and maintain automated test procedures and tooling; review code for automation opportunities.

Requirements:
- Native-level speaker of the target language with strong linguistic knowledge and attention to language quality.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Self-driven, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and comfortable with exploratory "break the software" testing.
- Experience in software localisation/internationalisation and familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
- (Desirable) Experience coding test automation or scripting (Swift, Objective‑C, Python, Ruby or similar).
