Responsibilities:
- Develop and operate high-performance backend services and APIs in Go for Mistral Cloud.
- Design scalable architectures for provisioning, authentication, billing, observability and developer flows.
- Work with infrastructure teams on Kubernetes deployments, IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD automation.
- Maintain code quality through testing, reviews and documentation; own production incidents and reliability improvements.
- Implement observability, alerts and performance tuning using Prometheus, Grafana and Datadog.
Requirements:
- Proven Golang expertise and strong backend engineering fundamentals (concurrency, networking, storage).
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), CI/CD and deployment best practices.
- Practical knowledge of observability and monitoring tooling and experience troubleshooting production systems.
- 5+ years of backend development experience or equivalent; collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
