About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy for AI-agent context and search: set vision, prioritize roadmap, and align with company objectives.
- Lead discovery: run market analysis, user interviews, and UX research to validate opportunities and define requirements.
- Manage product delivery across design, research, engineering and go-to-market teams to ship high-quality features.
- Specify integrations and connector strategies for RAG, search platforms, MCP servers and context management.
- Establish KPIs, monitor adoption, and iterate using quantitative and qualitative signals.
- Engage with customers and sales to inform product direction and support enterprise deployments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise products, with direct experience in search, context, or connectors.
- Strong technical understanding of LLMs, retrieval systems, RAG, and infrastructure trade-offs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver end-to-end product launches in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with UX research, data-driven prioritization, and go-to-market planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
