Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve automation as an internal product covering commit-to-production workflows.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines' reliability, consistency and usability across teams (build, test, deploy, rollback).
- Identify manual, slow or error-prone processes and replace them with repeatable automation and self-service tools.
- Embed security, quality and reliability checks into automated workflows where they add value.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure engineers to improve delivery safety and resiliency.
- Produce standards, reusable patterns and documentation to improve developer experience and onboarding.
- Use metrics and feedback to prioritise pipeline and tooling improvements.

Requirements:
- Background as a software engineer, SRE, DevOps or platform engineer with a strong automation mindset.
- Hands-on experience building or improving CI/CD using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar.
- Proficiency in a general-purpose language (Python, Go or equivalent) for tooling and automation.
- Experience operating systems across environments (dev/test/prod) and improving developer workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS).
- Practised in software engineering best practices: version control, testing, CI, documentation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience improving developer productivity or internal tooling.
