Responsibilities:
- Work with Forward Deployed Engineers and product managers to identify common customer use cases and surface reusable platform abstractions.
- Translate field learnings into configurable, production-ready features and scalable data models within Palantir Foundry (or equivalent platforms).
- Build and maintain data pipelines and transformations using PySpark, Python, and SQL; ensure reliability and observability.
- Design generative AI workflows and integrate embedded intelligence to accelerate user workflows and decision-making.
- Create clear APIs, configuration layers, and documentation to enable repeatable deployments across customers and industries.
- Rapidly prototype, validate with customers, and productize solutions that generalize beyond bespoke implementations.

Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or product engineering with strong Python and PySpark skills.
- Solid SQL proficiency and experience building scalable data models and pipelines on platforms like Palantir Foundry, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Experience designing APIs, configuration-driven features, and working with enterprise data sources (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Practical understanding of generative AI workflows and how to embed them into product features.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills; comfortable handling ambiguous requirements and delivering pragmatic solutions.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, observability, and distributed systems is a plus.
