Product Manager, Forge at Mistral

Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Forge, focusing on model fine-tuning, RL and post-training workflows that enterprises can adopt at scale.
- Run discovery: lead user and market research, define use cases, and validate technical feasibility with engineering and research teams.
- Specify product requirements, wireframes and prototypes; prioritize features for reliability, scalability and developer productivity.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery: align applied scientists, engineers, design, legal and GTM to ship and support pilots.
- Define success metrics, monitor adoption and iterate based on customer feedback and performance data.
- Support go-to-market planning, customer trials and technical onboarding to drive product-led growth.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience building AI/ML platforms or infrastructure, with strong technical fluency.
- Deep knowledge of training pipelines, fine-tuning methods (SFT, LoRA), RL workflows and model deployment patterns.
- Experience with cloud and on-prem infra, Kubernetes/Slurm and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Strong cross-functional influence, user research and prototyping skills; comfortable in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communicator with experience running customer pilots and translating feedback into product improvements.
- Preference for candidates in or willing to relocate to Paris/London; remote candidates in listed countries considered.
