Responsibilities:
- Define and evangelize the product vision and strategy for Forge (fine-tuning, RL, post-training workflows).
- Translate research techniques into reliable, scalable enterprise features and training/deployment workflows.
- Lead market and UX research; gather customer insights and prioritize roadmap based on value and feasibility.
- Specify requirements, success metrics and acceptance criteria; work closely with applied scientists, engineers and designers to deliver features.
- Drive developer experience, onboarding, documentation and pilot integrations with enterprise customers.
- Monitor product metrics, iterate on UX and performance, and support go-to-market and customer adoption activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI/ML infrastructure or platform products.
- Strong technical understanding of model training pipelines, fine-tuning techniques (SFT, LoRA), RL and model lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with cloud and on-prem infra patterns (Kubernetes, Slurm, IaC) and constraints of large-scale training.
- Proven cross-functional leadership, roadmap prioritization and ability to run discovery to delivery cycles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer-facing skills; able to operate in a 0→1 environment.
- Preference for candidates based in or able to relocate to Paris/London; remote candidates in listed countries considered.
