Product Manager, Mistral Vibe at Mistral AI

Responsibilities:
- Define and evangelize the product vision and strategy for Mistral Vibe (GenAI-native coding assistant).
- Lead market and UX research to identify developer needs, competitive gaps, and product-market fit opportunities.
- Validate direction through direct customer engagement, feedback loops, and experiments.
- Own the product lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, delivery, launch, and iteration with cross-functional teams.
- Define GTM and growth roadmaps to scale adoption across individual developers and enterprise customers.
- Collaborate closely with research, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Set and track success metrics (engagement, retention, revenue signals) and run A/B tests to inform decisions.
- Hire, coach, and coordinate stakeholders to grow the product and team around it.

Requirements:
- 10+ years product management experience with a track record shipping developer or enterprise-facing products.
- Deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and developer workflows; ability to translate technical capabilities into product value.
- Strong analytical skills: data-driven decision making, experimentation, and metric design.
- Experience defining GTM, pricing, and sales motions for developer and enterprise segments.
- Technical fluency to work with engineering and research teams; comfortable with roadmap trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across distributed teams.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, high-growth environments and drive end-to-end outcomes.
