Product Manager - Payments at HFM

Responsibilities:
- Own the payments product roadmap and prioritise features aligned to business goals and compliance.
- Lead integrations with PSPs, banks, wallets, crypto and alternative payment providers.
- Optimize payment flows for speed, cost, reliability and approval rates; improve conversion metrics.
- Manage end-to-end payments lifecycle: onboarding providers, scaling to new regions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Define product requirements, user journeys and personas; document tasks in Jira and Confluence.
- Track payments KPIs (approval rates, processing time, costs, fraud) and drive data-led improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Finance, Operations and external vendors.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in payments, fintech, banking or financial services with PSP integration exposure.
- Proven track record of delivering payment product launches and working through SDLC.
- Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management and clear communication in English.
- Familiarity with payment regulations, transaction flows and provider selection.
