Responsibilities:
- Lead and build the DevOps/SRE function end-to-end: hire, define practices, implement on-call and incident response.
- Design, implement and operate DDoS detection and mitigation strategies and runbooks.
- Deploy, configure and manage centralized node control for efficient lifecycle management and scaling.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling and deployment reliability.
- Design and operate highly available, fault-tolerant database architectures and multi-region server fleets (including US-based servers).
- Monitor systems, manage incident severity, triage and drive post-incident remediation.
- Architect scalable solutions to handle high traffic loads while minimizing downtime.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with hands-on experience in high-load production environments.
- Proven experience building DevOps processes, infrastructure and teams from scratch.
- Practical experience with DDoS mitigation tools, centralized node management and security patching.
- Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP or similar) and database deployment/operations knowledge.
- Proficiency with CI/CD, automation, monitoring and incident management practices.
- Experience managing distributed, multi-region infrastructure and server lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- English B1+ and Russian C1 level.
