Product Manager - Payments at HFM

Responsibilities:
- Own the payments product roadmap and manage the end-to-end payments lifecycle (onboarding, integrations, scaling to new regions).
- Lead PSP integrations (banks, wallets, crypto and alternative methods) and coordinate with vendors, Compliance and Finance.
- Optimise payment flows for approval rates, speed, cost and reliability; monitor KPIs (success rates, processing time, fraud metrics).
- Translate business and user needs into clear payment requirements and maintain the payments backlog in Scrum.
- Develop payment-specific user journeys and work with Engineering to implement secure, scalable transaction flows.
- Stay engaged with the payments ecosystem, evaluate new providers and ensure regulatory compliance across markets.

Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in payments, fintech, banking or financial services with exposure to PSP integrations.
- Strong understanding of payment lifecycle, transaction flows, compliance and SDLC; proven track record of delivering payment integrations.
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), good analytical skills and ability to act on KPI data.
- Strong stakeholder management, clear communication and ability to prioritise under tight timelines.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
