Responsibilities:
- Define and document MicroLED product specifications for AR applications in collaboration with customers and partners.
- Translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain product and feature roadmaps aligned to customer programmes and market opportunities.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer (VoC) in internal decisions, ensuring customer priorities influence planning and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities (engineering, operations, partners) to support NPI and transition to scaled manufacturing.
- Manage customer engagement: present roadmaps, capture feedback, handle technical queries, and set expectation on capability and timing.
- Support early product requirement definition for emerging optical interconnect use cases and participate in trade-off discussions (performance, manufacturability, schedule).

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience, ideally with semiconductors, display technologies or related hardware products.
- Experience translating customer requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with NPI processes and scaling products from development to manufacturing.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills, including global customer engagement.
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance technical trade-offs with market needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present roadmaps and influence technical teams.
