Product Manager, Production Insights at Factbird

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for Production Insights; prioritize features to deliver measurable shop-floor value.
- Lead cross-functional execution with cloud, IoT, firmware, UX and operations teams to ship end-to-end solutions.
- Run continuous discovery: interview users, observe shop-floor workflows, surface real problems and validate solutions.
- Translate customer needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans.
- Drive launches, collect usage and qualitative feedback, and iterate to improve adoption and impact.
- Set and monitor product KPIs (e.g., OEE, uptime, feature adoption) and report on outcome against objectives.
- Support internal stakeholders (sales, customer success, engineering) with product context and prioritization.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years product management experience in SaaS or industrial technology products.
- Direct, hands-on experience with shop-floor operations and production workflows; familiarity with continuous improvement practices.
- Experience working with IoT/firmware and cloud teams, and translating hardware+software trade-offs into product decisions.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to define metrics and measure impact from data and experiments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and operational audiences.
- Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, prioritizing ruthlessly and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
