Product Manager – Web Platform (all genders) at MOIA GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the Web Platform product strategy and roadmap to enable domain teams and scale the platform.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, Tech Sales, Account Management and external partners.
- Own platform capabilities such as user management, authentication/authorization, design system and deployment automation.
- Prioritise features that increase stability, developer velocity and compliance (GDPR) across Backoffice and Admin Panel.
- Facilitate ideation, coordinate trade-offs and support teams in delivering platform-enabled product outcomes.
- Measure impact via team OKRs and ensure platform decisions are aligned with business goals.

Requirements:
- Experience in product management, ideally with technical product or platform ownership (2–5 years).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to bridge business and engineering priorities.
- Familiarity with web platform concepts, design systems, authentication and serverless/AWS infrastructures.
- Understanding of GDPR and B2B/B2G2C product requirements is a plus.
- Pragmatic, outcome-focused approach and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Passion for enabling other teams and measuring success through the effectiveness of those teams.
