Responsibilities:
- Design and build production-grade Python services to run and maintain ML applications (RecSys, CV, classic ML, NLP)
- Implement and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, batch inference, and ingestion
- Create internal reusable modules, tools, and debugging/visualization interfaces (active learning, content analysis)
- Add monitoring and observability (metrics, logs, dashboards) for ML services
- Build and improve CI/CD, testing, packaging and deployment workflows (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ensure components are reliable, testable, and easy to operate at scale

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Python developer, backend engineer, or data engineer
- Strong Python skills (asyncio, FastAPI, pydantic, typing, modular architecture)
- Practical experience deploying production services with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
- Familiarity with ML workflows (serving, retraining, monitoring) and data pipelines
- Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry) and DBs like ClickHouse/Redis
- Good testing practices, clean code habits, and maintainable software design
- Plus: experience with MLOps, distributed/high-load systems, Apache Kafka or Airflow
